2. Registration and Account Management

  • Eligibility: Sellers must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract.
  • Account Setup: Sellers must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, including contact details and payment information.
  • Account Security: Sellers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and should not share login details with anyone.

3. Product Listings

  • Accuracy: All product descriptions, prices, and images must be accurate and up-to-date. Misleading or false information is prohibited.
  • Prohibited Items: Sellers may not list items that are illegal, hazardous, counterfeit, or violate intellectual property rights. 
  • Quality Standards: All products must meet the quality standards expected by customers. Substandard or defective items should not be listed for sale.

4. Order Fulfillment

  • Timely Processing: Sellers are expected to process and ship orders promptly. Delays should be communicated to the buyer through the OurMall platform.
  • Shipping: Sellers are responsible for shipping products to buyers and must use reliable shipping methods. Shipping details and tracking information should be provided to buyers.
  • Cancellations: If an order cannot be fulfilled, sellers must promptly notify the buyer.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Commission: OurMall charges a commission on each sale made through the platform. The commission rate is outlined in the Seller Fees section.
  • Payouts: Payouts to sellers will be made via the payment method provided during registration. Payouts are processed on a regular schedule, subject to any applicable fees.

6. Customer Service

  • Responsiveness: Sellers are expected to respond to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns promptly.
  • Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, sellers must work with buyers to reach a resolution. If needed, OurMall may mediate the dispute, and sellers are expected to comply with the final decision.

7. Compliance and Legal Responsibilities

  • Laws and Regulations: Sellers are responsible for complying with all local, and national laws and regulations related to the sale of their products.
  • Taxes: Sellers are responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting any taxes associated with their sales.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent or deceptive practices, such as manipulating reviews or sales data, are strictly prohibited.
  • Inappropriate Behavior: Sellers must maintain professionalism in all interactions with buyers and OurMall staff. Abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

9. Termination and Suspension

  • Policy Violations: Failure to comply with this Seller Policy may result in account suspension or termination. OurMall reserves the right to remove listings or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
  • Voluntary Termination: Sellers may close their accounts at any time by contacting OurMall support. However, sellers remain responsible for fulfilling any outstanding orders.

10. Modifications to the Policy

OurMall reserves the right to modify this Seller Policy at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
